If you suspect that any content on this website infringes upon your copyright, you can submit a copyright infringement notification in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Bible Angels, Inc. will respond to valid DMCA notices regarding copyright infringement. We may promptly remove any content that violates copyright laws from our website, irrespective of our liability, upon receipt of a DMCA notice that complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, specifically 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Bible Angels will also make a good faith effort to inform the content owner or uploader once we remove allegedly infringing materials, giving them an opportunity to submit a counter-notification as outlined in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content has been mistakenly removed from the website, you can file a counter-notification with Bible Angels designated Copyright Agent in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) and (g)(3) as outlined below. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification complying with the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512, we may reinstate the content that was removed.

A counter-notification must include:

Identification of the specific materials that were removed from the website.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the federal district court’s jurisdiction in the district where your address is located or, if your address is outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where Bible Angels may be found and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the initial notification or their agent.
